How it Works

1. Create and Arrange: Start by creating a document for signing from a PDF file.
   Add recipients and define the sequence in which the document should be signed. Each recipient can have their own set of fields.
   
   
   

   
   
   

2. Add Fields with Drag-and-Drop Interface: Use the user-friendly drag-and-drop interface to add your fields.
   Some field types come with additional parameters, allowing you to customize the signing experience.
   

   
   
   
   

3. Send and Monitor: After setting up your document, hit send to deliver the package and keep an eye on the progress.
   But don't worry about constant monitoring - you'll receive an email notification once your document is signed.
   
   
   

   

You can save your package as a draft and return to it at your convenience. If the signee doesn't respond or loses the link, there's no problem! You can always resend the package and even edit it before sending.

For added peace of mind, once a document is signed, you can download a certificate of completion.

Signees don't require a GoSign.Online or Every8.Cloud account, making the process even more straightforward.

Three-Click Integration

1. Head to the Implementation Layer and select the Third-party services section.
   
   

   

   
   

2. Click Connect and enter the parameters generated by the GoSign.Online platform.
   
   

   

   
   
3. You can also define different access level for different security roles.
   
   

   

4. Once done, don't forget to test the connection to ensure everything is set up correctly.
   
   

   

You can now send any print form to the GoSign.Online platform without the need to download it or undertake any additional steps.
