When you sign up to Every8.Cloud, you create your user account. If you use your company’s Every8.Cloud account, your system administrator will provide you with your credentials.
The password is usually automatically generated, but this standard behavior may also be overridden by your system administrator. Your system account is your unique identifier used by Every8.Cloud to provide you with the access to your apps and data.
You may have access to multiple apps and each of them may grant you different access rights.
User Profile
Unlike the user account which is used to identify you and provide you with a correspondent access, user profile is responsible for how other users will see you in the system and additional service features associated with your user account (email accounts, signatures, templates, etc.).
Your user profile may be accessed from the user dropdown in the top bar of the interface.

Sign In
- To sign in to Every8.Cloud navigate to the URL provided to you during the sin-up process or by your system administrator.
- Enter your username, which is usually your email address in the Login field.
- Enter your password in the Password field and click Sign in.
If this is your first login, the default app chosen by your system administrator will display. Otherwise, you will be redirected to the previously used app. Every8.Cloud remembers your last app to help you start from the place you left off.

You can also configure an automatic sign in each time you visit the platform. To do so, select the Remember me next time checkbox. Selecting this option tells Every8.Cloud to sign you in automatically instead of displaying the sign in page.
Sign Out
To make sure that no one else has access to your apps and your data, you should always sign out when you are done using Every8.Cloud.
To sign out from your session, click the user dropdown in the Top bar, and choose Sign out.

Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your account’s password, reset your password as described below.
To change your password:
- On the Sign In page, click the Forgot password link.
- Enter your email address and click Continue. The system will send you an email message with the link to resent your current password. The link is only valid for a certain time.
- Open the email, then click the link to confirm that you want to change your password. Enter the correct password and click Finish to confirm.

Connect Your Email Account
You can connect your personal or corporate email account to Every8.Cloud. That will allow you to send emails directly from your Apps. You can have multiple email accounts connected to your user account.
To connect to your email account:
- Navigate to your User profile – the My profile link in the User dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Email accounts section and click Add account.
- In the following screen enter your email account credentials and your email server parameters.
- Click Send test email to test your newly configured email account.
- Click Save and close to finish.

Add Your Email Signature
To add your email signature:
- Navigate to your User profile – the My profile link in the User dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Email accounts section.
- Navigate to Signatures tab and click Add signature.
- In the following screen enter your signature name and text.
- Click Save and close to save your signature.
- To assign your newly created signature, navigate back to Accounts tab, open your email account, and link your signature to the desired email account.
- Click Save and close to finish.
