The Emails is an essential tool for troubleshooting issues with outgoing emails. It provides access to a comprehensive list of all emails sent from the current application.
To make the search process easier, the interface offers multiple filtering options for the email list.

Available information
All emails sent from the application are linked to a specific data object. From the email list, you can access the form of the data object associated with each individual email.
To further simplify the process, the interface includes advanced filtering options. You can easily search for emails by recipient, subject line, date range, or status (e.g., draft, sent, failed). These filters enable quick identification of specific emails or patterns, saving valuable time and ensuring efficient troubleshooting.
Additionally, the email log includes important metadata such as delivery status, timestamps, and any associated error messages for failed emails. This level of detail makes it easier to pinpoint the root cause of issues and ensures faster resolution.
Clicking on a specific email opens its detailed email form.
Like other features in the Implementation layer, this functionality is only available to users with administrator permissions.
